PolyCon 43: The Dream Market
Explore the Fey-Realm's mystical European market, home of the faerie, the apex of high fantasy haggling, and straight from the Belle Époque!
We hereby invite you to the annual convention of tabletop games, where folks of all make and model can gather to discover new and wondrous tools for storytelling, merrymaking, and friendly competition.
When and where is it?
From the 19th to the 21st of June, the hallowed halls of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo university shall host us once more. Our hosts have once again imposed hourly restrictions, so our times are as follows:
Friday, June 19: 10am to 6pm
Saturday, June 20: 8am to 11pm
Sunday, June 21: 8am to 8pm
This year, our revelry takes the form of “The Dream Market” — imagine a Fey-realm market veiled just behind the backdrop of the Paris World’s Fair 1900, the height of the Belle Époque! A bustling world of magic, science, and a bit of chaos with an art nouveau flair and the Second Industrial Revolution laying down its tracks.
What events are planned?
We’re currently working on schedule, so keep an eye on our PolyCon XLIII website. Updated by students and volunteers, it will have the most up to date information, or links to what you need to know. We’ll be sending email updates for any BIG announcements, like shirt pre-orders!
Where do I pre-register?
If you wish to register, click the button below to go to our Eventbrite page! You’ll have to register via Eventbrite even if you pay Cash at con.
Want to get into con for FREE? Here’s how!
Run some games! You can submit your game or event here. If approved, you’ll get a GM badge discount code.
Volunteer at con OR before con! You’ll also get some sweet perks, since you aren’t having fun by running a game. Inquire here.
Being a student. This is either the easiest or hardest way. Any age, any institution. K-12, college, master’s degree, vocational school — as long as you are actively engaging in education, your badge is FREE. We’d still love you if you’d volunteer though — it may even count towards community service because we’re a non-profit.
